Acquisition of Chemar Piping and Valves Kielce (Pl)
Enprovalve P.Koschel offered to the Polish Privatization Ministry the acquisition of first Chemar Piping, than Chemar Valves companies and succeeded. For the final take over Partner companies were associated with Enprovalve. The detailed restructure and modernization program was prepared by P.Koschel and successfully implemented by the very good local management over a period of 2 years
Both companies count as the most successful industrial privatization in Poland as celebrated Oct 2014 with wide official attention.
